These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8k9 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website located at 8k9.club (collectively, the "Platform"). 8k9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have been registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information, or that violates the one-account-per-person rule. In such cases, any funds in the account may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 8k9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued by 8k9 for authentication purposes.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, disclose them in any online forum, or allow your browser to save them on a shared or public device.
• You should select a strong, unique password and change it regularly. 8k9 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, social media, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify 8k9 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• 8k9 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account, including losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to take reasonable precautions.

All financial transactions on the 8k9 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits. Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph (InstaPay/PESONet), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method as displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 8k9 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used. 8k9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits are specified for each individual promotion in the Promotions section of the Platform.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others to create accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other players through the standard interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating betting strategies on live dealer games to gain an advantage at the expense of other participants.

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8k9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
• 8k9 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 8k9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 8k9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8k9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

By 8k9. 8k9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct provisions of Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or abuse of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 8k9.
• A regulatory requirement or order from PAGCOR or any other competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of your account.

By You. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to 8k9 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and completion of KYC verification if not already done.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8k9 Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in the first instance through good-faith negotiation by contacting 8k9 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notice, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 8k9 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce compliance with these Terms.

8k9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be effective upon posting of the revised version to the 8k9 Platform. 8k9 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes through the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

Your continued use of the 8k9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 8k9 customer support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
